3. Prescription Requirements

For any products classified as ‘Prescription Only’ (Schedule 4) or ‘Pharmacist Only’ (Schedule 3) medicines, a valid prescription or pharmacist consultation is required.

• Prescription Medicines: You must provide a valid, original prescription from a registered Australian medical practitioner. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any prescription with the issuing prescriber.
• Pharmacist Only Medicines: The sale of these products requires consultation with one of our pharmacists to ensure the medication is appropriate for you. We reserve the right to decline a sale if our pharmacist deems it clinically inappropriate.

It is illegal to purchase prescription medication without a valid prescription in Australia.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all valid addresses within Australia.

• Risk and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the address you specified. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We cannot accept returns of prescription medications, refrigerated items, or pharmacist-only medicines for change of mind, due to health and safety regulations.
• If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon return of the item.
• Proof of purchase is required for all return and refund claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharma Online Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability for any breach of a condition or warranty implied by law and which cannot be excluded is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the goods or the payment for the cost of resupplying the goods.
